What we collect

When you join the Oentra mailing list, we collect the first name and email address you provide, your recorded consent, and basic technical information needed to prevent spam and operate the form.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to send David's monthly Oentra email about the research, the first 90-day cycle and building the app, and to tell you when Oentra is ready to try. We do not use this list for health records, personalised medical advice, or app profiling.

Who processes it

Netlify processes and hosts form submissions for this website. We may also use a specialist email-delivery provider to manage confirmations, delivery, preferences, bounces, and unsubscribes. We do not sell your details.

Your choice

You can unsubscribe using the link in any email. You can also reply to an Oentra email to ask us to correct or delete your mailing-list details. Unsubscribe requests are actioned within five working days.

This notice covers the public Oentra mailing list. The Oentra app's private health and body-recomposition data is separate and is not added to this list.
